We'll begin with plenty of sunshine and warm temperatures, potentially reaching the low 80s, but I'll be monitoring as clouds are expected to increase later in the day. By Monday night, we're forecasting an increase in rain chances, moving from scattered showers to more widespread activity.

As we push into Tuesday, get ready for rain and potentially a few thunderstorms. We expect widespread rain across much of the region, with heavier amounts possible, especially south of I-70.
