The remains of a man killed during the 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor have been identified, officials said. U.S. Navy Fireman 1st Class Edward D. Bowden, 29, of New Bern, North Carolina, was killed during the attack during World War II, according to a release from The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA).
