MCGREGOR, Minn. — Three people were injured after a small plane crashed Sunday, just a half-mile away from the McGregor Airport.
The Aitkin County Sheriff's Office says dispatchers received multiple 911 calls just before 4:30 p.m., reporting that a plane had gone down.
First responders arrived on scene near the McGregor Airport and found three victims, identified as 23-year-old Kaden Brazinsky of Ham Lake, 23-year-old Jocelyn Erlandson of Ham Lake, and 22-year-old Wyatt Sherry of New Richmond, Wisconsin.
One passenger was transported by helicopter for treatment, while the other two were taken to Riverwood Hospital in Aitkin. As of Monday, all three were reported in stable condition.
