Police on Monday accused a 63-year-old man of killing two women and attempting to kill a third victim inside his Lancaster County home on Sunday.

Police also charged Santiago Payano-Sanchez with aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of a child in connection with a 4:50 p.m. incident in the 2100 block of Oak Hollow Drive in West Hempfield Township.

Police arrived and found three victims, two of whom died at the scene. The third victim was taken to a hospital. The shooting happened in front of two juveniles, police said.
