NILES A police report for a deadly hit-and-run crash on Saturday night has revealed the identity of the woman who was struck and killed in the crash.

Police responded to the area of Fifth Street and Indiana Avenue around 8:43 p.m. on Oct. 4 after the department's Dispatch Center received a 911 call about an unresponsive female in a yard.

According to a police report, an unknown vehicle (pictured above) entered the backyard of a home on the 700 block of Indiana Avenue and drove through it, striking parked vehicles facing the driveway. Police say a woman, identified as Brenda Hibbard, was also struck by the car, causing her to be knocked backwards out of her shoes.
