Kasaragod : A massive showdown was reported at Kumbala government higher secondary school in Kasaragod where the pro Palestine mime-show was played once again as part of the school festival. The mime show was stopped 2 days ago by the teachers of the same school that had led to a major controversy with student groups raising protests at the school venue.

However, today BJP activists led by the local leadership held a massive protest which offered support to the teachers led to counter protest with students raising pro-Palestine slogans. The two groups continued protests for some time leading to tension in the school premises.
