HOLYOKE, Mass. (WWLP) - Holyoke police seized suspected heroin/fentanyl from a man who was allegedly trespassing at a property on Elm Street.
In a news release from the Holyoke Police Department, at around 4 a.m. on Monday, officers were conducting a property check at 173 Elm Street. They observed a man, later identified as 37-year-old Santiago Soltren-Ramriez of Holyoke, in the hallway of the apartment building.
Soltren-Ramriez was arrested for trespassing and officers seized approximately 80 bags of suspected heroin/fentanyl and more than $100 in cash. He is charged with the following: • Possession with the Intent to Distribute a Class A Drug – Subsequent Offense • Possession of a Class A Drug – Subsequent Offense • Trespassing
