HUNTINGBURG, Ind. (WEVV) — The Haunted Huntingburg Blues Festival is set to kick off this weekend, offering a mix of live music, spooky fun, and family-friendly activities.
The festival begins on Friday, October 10, with a free outdoor screening of Tim Burton’s “The Nightmare Before Christmas.” Families are encouraged to bring snacks, blankets, and chairs to enjoy the movie.
Saturday's events start with Trick-R-Treat 4th Street at 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time, followed by the Blues Festival from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Market Street Park. The event will feature a kids’ zone, food trucks, and vendors.
A highlight of the day will be the Miniature Horse Halloween Parade, coinciding with live performances by blues bands, including Hog Maw and Carl Rodenburg & Co.
