Want to eat Ask for Luigi ‘s Cacio e Pepe pasta on the go? Now you can — sort of.

“We collaborated with Miss Vickie’s to bring you our classic Cacio e Pepe flavour on a chip,” the Michelin Guide-recommended restaurant’s team shared in a post on Instagram.

The Vancouver eatery, located at 305 Alexander St, is one of three Canadian outposts to see a fan-favourite menu item turned into a kettle-cooked potato chip by Miss Vickie’s. Founded in Canada in 1987, and now owned by PepsiCo Foods Canada, the company tapped the three local favourites for its limited-edition lineup called the Ristoranti Series.
