YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) -- Next week, a Youngstown arts group is inviting you to be part of a massive time capsule project. It's called "A day in the Loop."

It's open for 24 hours on Oct. 17. Anyone in Mahoning, Trumbull, Columbiana, Mercer and Lawrence counties can participate.

"We just thought it would be a really fun way to capture who we are in this moment, what's going on with us, what does it look like to be here," said organizer Karen Schubert.

The goal is to capture the spirit of the Valley in a single day -- school, work, your family -- through photo, video or an essay. The work will be published on LOOP Youngstown's website as a long-standing snapshot of life in our region.
