EastEnders has showcased the dramatic return of Ben Mitchell and Stuart Highway, leaving a cheating Callum utterly stunned.

In Monday's visit to Walford (October 6), rogue Ben (Max Bowden) was seen in a police cell with photographs of his husband Callum Highway (Tony Clay) prominently displayed on the wall. He is currently serving time for credit card fraud but was keen to get out of his cell.

Back in the Square, Callum found solace with his lover Johnny Carter (Charlie Suff) as his father's funeral loomed. However, their secret affair was laid bare after they shared a kiss in The Queen Vic, right under the nose of Ben's mother Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth).
