GENEVA TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — On Oct. 18 and Oct. 25, visitors to the Kal-Haven Outpost campground near South Haven can attend its fifth annual Fall Festival — a free celebration of Halloween and the fall season for families.

"We've got a whole lot of Halloween activities going on," Rob Kempton, co-owner of Kal-Haven Outpost, said. "The big one is trunk-or-treating."

Other activities for kids and families include pumpkin bowling, a scavenger hunt, a costume parade, cooking s'mores at a community bonfire and more. • The Barber Creek Bridge was one of three that the DNR replaced during a reconstruction project along the Kal-Haven Trail over the last year.
