One of the stars of the hit TLC reality TV show “Sister Wives” says years of ongoing family drama helped cause one of her children to move away from their family. In an episode that premiered Oct. 5, Christine Brown revealed that her daughter Mykelti Brown’s move cross-country was caused in part due to issues within their polygamist family’s dynamic.

“I know part of the reason they’re leaving is, (she) is just exhausted from trying so hard to get everybody back together again,” Christine says in the episode.

Fans of the show who follow the stars on social media will know that Mykelti moved from Utah to North Carolina in 2024, but the show had not aired any of the footage until Sunday’s episode.
