For Nowata Head Coach Chance Juby, coaching football isn’t just a job, it’s a calling rooted in the same community that raised him.

Juby grew up walking the same streets and playing on the same field he now calls home as the leader of the Nowata Ironmen. Returning to coach in his hometown, he said, feels like stepping into something familiar and deeply personal.

“Every memory I have growing up is here,” Juby said. “No matter where I’ve been, when I come back to Nowata, it just feels a little different. It’s like going to mom’s house. This is where I’m from. These are the streets I walked on. This is the field I played on. It’s just home.”
