DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) -- While nearly $80 million has been earmarked to improve the runways at Dayton International Airport, they are not the only thing being upgraded.
Visitors to the airport will benefit from about $2 million spent to improve the dining experience. The airport has signed a five-year agreement with Tailend LLC to bring in new food options, such as Warped Wing, Dunkin’ and The 1903.
Many travelers 2 NEWS spoke with are excited about the changes.
"Kind of excited if it's local,” said a local traveler named Casey K. “I'm all for it because I always want to have that support, local business and everything."
