BLUE RIVER, Ore. - Starting Oct. 7, more residents can apply for housing at the Lazy Days Mobile Home and RV Park. Homes for Good has opened applications for those affected by the Holiday Farm Fire's impact on the rental market.

According to Homes for Good, individuals who rented in Lane County during the fire and work within 20 miles of the park will receive preference points. Applicants must earn no more than 80 percent of the Area Median Income. Rent for a two-bedroom unit is $1,000 per month, while a one-bedroom unit is $750, including utilities. The park was rebuilt after the fire, and fire survivors remain a priority for housing.
