A man has been jailed after harassing a woman, despite having a restraining order against him.

Brandon Banner, 23, pleaded guilty to harassment, breaching a restraining order and sending false communication with intent to cause harm.

Banner had a restraining order against him stopping him from contacting his victim.

But in the early hours of August 27, 2025, the rear windows of two cars parked on a drive at an address in Northwich were smashed.

A call was also made to North West Ambulance Service (NWAS) in the early hours saying that a 23-year-old man had been assaulted at the same address, and that they were unconscious and not breathing.

Paramedics rushed to the scene but couldn’t find anyone.
