PIGEON FORGE, Tenn. — The Sevierville Board of Mayor and Alderman announced Monday night that the Slammedenuff car show will not be allowed to return to the city after Sevier County officers had to disperse a massive crowd that overran a business in Pigeon Forge over the weekend.
"The Slammedenuff Car Show will NOT be coming back to Sevierville in the future. This was announced at our regular board meeting tonight," Alderman Joey Ohman said.
After the SlammedEnuff car show on Saturday, hundreds of people traveled from Sevierville to Pigeon Forge. That crowd gathered outside Jimmy's Market. The business had invited people to come after the show but was soon overrun.
