SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- It may be three years until the next summer Olympics, but a South Dakota native already has her sights set on the event. KELOLAND's Summer Raderschadt introduces us to the high schooler who is making her mark on the gymnastics community.
Gabrielle Hardie got her first taste of gymnastics when she was five and a friend invited her to class.
She's been going back ever since.
"So I was an eight-year-old level eight. And then I like nine-year-old (level) nine, ten-year-old level ten. And then from there I made junior elite when I was 12 years old," Senior National Team gymnast, Team USA member, Gabrielle Hardie, said.
After 2 years on the Junior National Team, Gabrielle kept climbing.
"US championships is a two-day competition and you have to qualify to get the
