SAUK COUNTY, Wis. (WKOW) -- The Sauk County Sheriff's Office is referring charges against a Merrimac man as part of an ongoing investigation into the use and distribution of methamphetamine and other drugs.
The Sauk County Drug Task Force searched two homes in the Prairie du Sac and Merrimac areas on Tuesday, September 23 as part of the investigation. One of the homes was on Gruber’s Grove Road in the Town of Sumpter, and the other was on Baltic Avenue near the Sauk/Columbia County line.
During the searches, investigators found and seized drugs, drug paraphernalia and guns, according to a press release from Sauk County Sheriff Chip Meister.
The sheriff says they are now referring charges against 37-year-old Joseph Wiatrowski. Those charges include:
