US President Donald Trump has confirmed plans to host a major UFC fight on the White House lawn to celebrate his 80th birthday next year.
The event is scheduled for June 14, 2026, and will also mark the 250th anniversary of the United States’ independence.
“On June 14 next year, we’re gonna have a big UFC fight at the White House, right at the White House, on the grounds of the White House,” Mr Trump, 79, said during his October 5 speech at the Naval Station Norfolk in Virginia.
