(KRON) — An 18-year-old man was arrested after he and his father threatened employees with a gun at a business on the 600 block of Broadway Street in Vallejo on Sept. 27, witnesses told the Vallejo Police Department.

“Officers quickly arrived at the scene and spoke with witnesses who reported that the father had brandished a firearm and made threats to attack an employee before leaving the scene,” Vallejo PD said. “The employees knew the father and son and identified the suspects to the officers and stated what vehicle they were last seen traveling in.”

Officers responded to the threat shortly after 4:45 p.m. and began searching for the suspects’ red Chevrolet Tahoe. Officers found the SUV and pulled the SUV over on Interstate 80 near Highway 37.
