MAXTON — Robeson County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance with locating a missing person.

Carlos Locklear was last seen in the area of McNeil Road outside of Maxton, wearing a black coat, slides and carrying a bookbag.

He is a 16-year-old Native American male, 5-foot-2, 90 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Locklear is asked to contact the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office at 910-671-3100.
