HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) - An overnight shooting in Evansville has been ruled accidental.

According to police, it happened in the 1900 block of Blackford Avenue. Investigators say an individual walked into a local hospital with a gunshot wound to his lower body.

The circumstances surrounding the incident remain under investigation.
