LAFOURCHE PARISH, La. (KLFY) -- Louisiana State Police has released what they say is the full crash report, multiple witness statements and additional video surrounding the Kyren Lacy fatal crash.

The incident occurred on Dec. 17, 2024, on La. 20 in Lafourche Parish and resulted in numerous injuries and loss of life. State Police charged Lacy with negligent homicide in the death of Herman Hall, 78. The NFL draft hopeful was accused of reckless driving and speeding.

Lacy later died from what investigators believe was a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

The findings were reviewed in consultation with the Lafourche Parish District Attorney’s Office to determine the appropriate charges, officials said. The findings were then presented to the 17th Judicial District Court, which approved an arres
