CHARLESTON — The Holy City has once again won over readers of a top travel publication with its sophisticated small-town, Southern charm.
For the fourth consecutive year, Charleston has been named the nation's “ best small city " in Condé Nast Traveler's long-running ranking, the annual Readers’ Choice Awards.
The Lowcountry tourist hotspot came ahead of Santa Fe; Alexandria, Va.; St. Augustine; Fla. San Juan, Puerto Rico and Savannah.
