A Wayne County district judge recently advanced the case against a Hazel Park felon, accused in a quadruple shooting where two people died.
Bound over to 3rd Judicial Circuit Court in Detroit for possible trial, Jaylen Lee Robinson, 30, was arraigned Oct. 7 on two counts each of first-degree premeditated homicide and assault with intent to murder, as well as five firearms-related offenses.
Robinson was on probation at the time of the July 28 deadly shootings that happened at a gas station in the 3300 block of Puritan Street in Detroit. Martin Clay, 32, of Davison, and Maria Jenkins, 34, of Highland Park, were killed. Two others, ages 28 and 39 at the time, were also shot and survived.
