WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Ill. (KFVS) - A woman was arrested on multiple charges after Williamson County deputies found a vehicle that had been reported stolen.

Jessica R. Walker was cited for felony possession of a stolen vehicle, felony possession of methamphetamine and two misdemeanors: driving while license revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office, the vehicle, a 2010 Nissan Titan, was reported stolen out of Jackson County on October 4.

They say the vehicle was spotted going northbound on Park Avenue on Monday, Oct. 6, around 2:19 p.m., when it pulled into the Walmart parking lot in Herrin.

Multiple deputies boxed the vehicle in, and Walker was taken into custody.

Deputies say they found meth in Walker’s purse.
