FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - One of three teenagers accused of breaking into a Fort Wayne apartment - and pointing a gun at a child - pleaded guilty to his role in the case.

Allen Superior Court records show 17-year-old Ka Pyai pleaded guilty to Level 5 felony robbery at a hearing Tuesday.

Back in January, the Fort Wayne Police Department began investigating a reported robbery at an apartment complex. A woman told police three people with guns broke in and stole several valuables. She also said the intruders pointed a gun at her 8-year-old son and threatened to shoot him if he didn't stay quiet, according to court documents.

The woman said they took her money, phone, keys to her car, and a backpack among other possessions. The three then took off in her car, she told officers.
