SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) -- New York Attorney General Letitia James announced the indictment of 17 individuals involved in a major drug trafficking network distributing fentanyl, heroin, cocaine, and methamphetamine across Central New York.

The investigation, led by the Office of the Attorney General’s Organized Crime Task Force, resulted in the seizure of over 23 pounds of fentanyl, nearly four pounds of cocaine, and more than 12 pounds of methamphetamine. The operation also uncovered over $880,000 in cash, illegal firearms, and vehicles used in the drug trade.
