A Public Works operator for the city of Clifton, Tennessee, was arrested in Madison County on child sex crimes.
According to newly filed court documents, 26-year-old Hunter Pevahouse was arrested Saturday on charges of traveling to meet a child for an unlawful sex act, sodomy, and rape.
The documents specify Pevahouse is accused of traveling from Clifton, Tennessee, to Huntsville, Alabama, and then raping a 13-year-old in early September.
Pevahouse was booked into the Madison County Jail on bonds totaling $15,000, but he has since bonded out.
