DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – The Laugh Zone House of Comedy on West Siebenthaler Avenue is closing.

The comedy club announced the closure on Monday, Oct. 6, and said it was because of unforeseen circumstances.

“It’s with heavy hearts that we announce The Laugh Zone will be closing its doors due to unforeseen circumstances,” wrote the Laugh Zone. “This decision was not made lightly. While this chapter is ending, the spirit of The Laugh Zone, the laughter, love, and legacy, will continue to live on through everyone who has ever stepped foot inside.”

It thanked its loyal supporters and the comedians who have performed there. It shared gratefulness for the memories and joy.
