ANDERSONVILLE — Parson’s Chicken & Fish is closing its Andersonville location later this month after more than four years in the neighborhood.
The restaurant at 5721 N. Clark St. will close Oct. 19, restaurant group Land and Sea Dept. partner Peter Toalson confirmed. Land and Sea Dept. is also the group behind Logan Square’s Lost Lake, Longman and Eagle and Lonesome Rose — which also expanded to Andersonville in 2023.
Parson’s, known for its fried chicken and fish and its Negroni slushies, expanded to Andersonville in 2021. It also has locations in Logan Square and Lincoln Park; a location in Ukrainian Village was replaced by a pizza restaurant in 2023.
