SHREVEPORT, La. — The Shreveport Little Theatre is serving up chills, cocktails and a first look at its fall production during “Cocktails & Characters: Scary Stories Edition” on Oct. 16.

The one-night-only event kicks off at 6 p.m. inside the theater’s lobby and courtyard, where guests can enjoy themed drinks, eerie tales, and a costume contest before catching the preview performance of “Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street” at 7:30 p.m.

Appearing on KTBS 3 Midday, actresses from the cast gave viewers a sneak peek at the haunted fun awaiting theatergoers. The evening will feature “spine-chilling cocktails,” Halloween-themed treats, ghost stories by Kate Nunnery of LSUS, and behind-the-scenes tours offered in 15-minute intervals.
