Video captured National Guard troops, some wearing patches appearing to be from Texas, arriving Tuesday at a suburban Chicago Army Reserve facility, one day after a judge urged the Trump administration to "pause" deployments.
Footage captured by NBC and Telemundo Chicago cameras and the NBC Sky 5 helicopter Tuesday, showed troops arriving at the Elwood U.S. Army Reserve, located about 50 miles outside of Chicago near Joliet.

It was not immediately clear where the troops seen in the Chicago area were from, though a patch with the letter "T," possibly indicating the 36th Infantry Texas Army National Guard, could be seen on the arms of many.
