BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - Bryan High Viking Theatre invites you to experience the magic of Shakespeare in Love.

Shakespeare in Love is a stage adaptation of the Oscar-winning film that blends romance, wit, and theatrical magic.

It transports audiences to Elizabethan England, where a young Will Shakespeare struggles with writer’s block until he encounters the bold and brilliant Viola de Lesseps.

Their forbidden love affair inspires him to pen one of the greatest plays of all time—Romeo and Juliet. With sword fights, mistaken identities, royal intrigue, and even a scene-stealing dog, the story is both hilarious and deeply moving.
