PROVO, Utah (ABC4) — An Idaho man was sentenced this week for shooting at a Provo Missionary Training Center in 2020.
Dallin William Litster, 27, was sentenced on October 7, 2025, after previously pleading guilty to shooting at the Provo Missionary Training Center in 2020. He pleaded guilty to one count of attempted murder and five counts of felony firearm discharge.
For the attempted murder plea, he is sentenced to between one and 15 years in prison. For each count of felony firearm discharge, he is sentenced to between one and five years in prison.
Additionally, Litster's sentences for the shooting will begin only after he concludes prison time in Idaho for a separate crime.
