We are giving you the FIRST ALERT to a stretch of dry and cool weather.
After seeing a substantial amount of rain in some places on Tuesday, the cold front has finally pushed through Eastern Kentucky.
Plenty of sunshine will be the forecast for today, and with the cold front finally though, highs will only make it into the mid to upper 60s.
With low humidity also in the deck of cards, today, as well as the remainder of the work week and even into the weekend looks really nice and fall-like.
As we head into the first part of next week, things look nice as well.
Temperatures will start to creep back up a little bit.
Highs will make it into the low to mid 70s for both Monday and Tuesday of next week.
Enjoy your morning.
Today: Mostly Sunny. Wind: NNE 5-10.
HIGH: 68
Tonight: Clear.
