A police probe has been launched following a "liquid" attack at a Rangers pub in Rutherglen.
Police raced to Walter's Bar after receiving reports of the liquid being thrown into the boozer in the town's Queen Street at 4.45pm on Tuesday.
Cops attended and the venue, dedicated to iconic Rangers manager Walter Smith, was found doused in the fluid.
Police confirmed there were no reported injuries, although the bar was forced to close due to the incident.
A statement from bar owner Emma, posted online on Wednesday morning, said: "Yesterday someone decided to throw a stink-bomb liquid into the bar while my kids were in the bar .
"No one was hurt and no damage was caused, but it was absolutely honking and out into the street.
