Three people were killed after being thrown from a vehicle during a single-car crash in Francestown, New Hampshire, on Tuesday night.

Francestown Fire Chief Larry Kullgren said his department responded to the area of 1433 Bennington Road at 11:15 p.m. for a single-car motor vehicle accident with possible entrapment. Kullgren said he arrived at the scene to find two occupants had been ejected from the vehicle. A third occupant was found a short time later.

Preliminary investigation indicates the vehicle had been heading toward Francestown when it left the road and struck a utility pole, he said. The vehicle broke the pole and continued on, ejecting all three occupants and coming to rest on its roof.
