In a significant step to enhance the power supply grievance redressal mechanism for consumers, PSPCL started a new call center in Mohali today. The center was inaugurated by MLA Sh. Kulwant Singh, is being operated by Dr. ITM Pvt. Limited. This initiative is part of the Power Outage Reduction Plan, launched by Punjab Chief Minister S. Bhagwant Mann and Power Minister Sh. Sanjeev Arora.

The Mohali call center, with a capacity of 450 agents during peak months, will complement the existing Ludhiana center and significantly strengthen the state’s grievance redressal system.
