A man involved in a homicide at a Youngstown gas station in 2022 pled guilty to his involvement and learned his fate on Tuesday.

A court employee tells 21 News 35-year-old Zachary Bair pled guilty to one felony count of involuntary manslaughter with a firearm specification. He was sentenced to 10 to 13 years in prison on this charge.

The charge stems from the shooting death of 26-year-old Devin Bell, who was shot and killed at a Shell gas station on South Avenue in December of 2022.

Bair is one of two suspects in this case, with the other suspect, Akeem Hargrove, recently being found guilty of aggravated murder and murder with firearm specifications. He was sentenced to life in prison without the chance of parole.
