MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Tennessee State Representative Justin J. Pearson announced he is challenging incumbent Congressman Steve Cohen for the 9th District U.S. House seat.

Pearson is holding a press conference Wednesday morning.

The press conference will be held at Alonzo Weaver Park at 9 a.m.
