LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A major east Louisville freeway is back open Wednesday morning after a multi-vehicle crash.

The three-vehicle crash happened at about 8:15 a.m. on the Gene Snyder Freeway at US-42, according to TRIMARC.

As of 9:30 a.m., two lanes have reopened and the left lane remains blocked.

It is currently unknown whether any injuries have occurred.
