MILTON, Vt. (WCAX) - Police say one person was injured in a fire in Milton on Tuesday night.

It happened at the Green Mountain Restaurant Equipment building on Clapper Road.

Investigators say the injured person was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Route 7 was closed in the area as crews battled the blaze, but it has since reopened.

Investigators are working to determine how the fire started. Anyone with information is asked to call the police in Milton at 802-893-2424.
