NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A man with several outstanding warrants was taken into custody Tuesday night after detectives found a pistol and drugs in pockets, officials said.

According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, Jacquise Miller, 27, was wanted for aggravated burglary and domestic assault warrants, which stemmed from a May incident where he assaulted his ex-girlfriend in front of their child.

Miller reportedly ran from TITANS Unit detectives along Jenkins Street on Tuesday, Oct. 7. During his arrest, authorities said they recovered crack cocaine, cocaine, marijuana and a handgun, which were in his pockets. • Courtesy: Metro Nashville Police Department
