FREETOWN, Mass. (WPRI) — A home on South Main Street in Freetown caught fire Wednesday afternoon.

There was visible damage to the front of the second floor and the rear of the first floor.

Firefighters were seen taking out a charred couch cushion.

South Main Street is currently closed in both directions as crews assess the damage.
