WASHINGTON (DC News Now) -- The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) is asking for the public's help in identifying and locating a person involved in a Northwest D.C. robbery investigation.

According to police, the snatch robbery occurred around 2:30 p.m. on Sept. 25 in the 2400 block of 18th Street, NW.

Details remain limited, but officers provided surveillance footage of the suspect as seen below:
