Job action by the BC General Employees’ Union (BCGEU) at Service BC offices is disrupting some ICBC driver licensing services, prompting the relocation of certain road tests to nearby ICBC claim centres while others continue under contingency measures.

Road test services normally offered at all other Service BC locations are continuing at these locations, supported by common site orders, noted ICBC in a release Wednesday.

Currently, other driver licensing services available at the counter such as knowledge testing and driver licence renewals are not available at any Service BC locations.

Customers can visit their nearest ICBC driver licensing office or driver licensing agent for these services. To find the closest location, use the locator tool on icbc.com.
