JOHNSON COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) -One Johnson County man was arrested after police said they found drugs on him.
It happened last week, when Paintsville Police received a call about James Daniel Orem being passed out behind the wheel in a McDonald’s parking lot.
When officers approached Orem, he told them that he was just tired and waiting on his father to meet him.
After failing a sobriety test, Orem was taken into custody.
When police searched his vehicle, they said they found four baggies of a substance inside a box believed to meth which weighed approximately 44 grams. Police said they also discovered a box that had a leafy-green substance in it they thought was marijuana along with a glass pipe.
